ISABEL CAVIEDES is the homonym brand of the Colombian designer. She is considered to be among the most representative and young talented people in the Colombian fashion industry. She is a professional lawyer from Javeriana University and a passionate designer from the European institute of Design, IED, in Barcelona. During her short career she has developed an interesting style and perspective of fashion, allowing her to perform successfully.

Her creations are linked to independent and strong fashion concepts, which are reflected through each one of her collections. The importance of small details, innovative and creative technques and excellent material quality used on her creations are some of the most important characteristics of Isabel Caviedes woman cloth.

In 2013, Shock Magazine has recognized her great job as a “visionary of the dress in the new group of young Colombian designers”. Also in the same year a newspaper from her hometown, El País, highlighted her brand as “A promise talent that will help promote elegance and good taste of fashion in her city”.

A year later (2014) was invited to present her first collection in Colombiamoda, named as “ClaroOscuro” FW 2014.

Months later the designer won the competition Hilando Talentos from the health and fashion fair CaliExposhow, in which her collection SS 2015 was an outstanding success.

In 2015, ISABEL CAVIEDES was nominated as one of the best new Colombian emerging designers in the Infashion Magazine 2015. She was awarded the favorite public designer title as well.

In July 2015 Caviedes showed at Colombiamoda fashion week for the second time, elevating the brand with a breakthrough runway was called BLVCK Collection.

The brand has continued to receive support from industry titles including her as one of the 100 leaders of Colombian society by the GERENTE magazine.
